Knowing Chompii

While I am mainly a housewife due to my disability, I do take freelance commissions on the side and mainly stick to drawing animals and fantasy creatures, anthropomorphic or not.My openings are are few and very specific as my disability inhibits and dictates a majority of my life in many aspects.Some of these issues that affect my commission work are Epilepsy & Seizures, ADHD, and Severe Anxiety.

I am apart of the LGBTQ+ community and have many friend in it as well.
I am extremely disabled and will not shy from bringing it up when it's relevant

I love fiction, world-building and don't mind dark themes or twisted characters, couple this with a love of horror and it means I can tolerate a lot and can enjoy a wide variety of content (excluding all forms of pedophilia & zoophilia) but this also means the content I consume or write can be upsetting or triggering to others.I do not condone these actions and find it extremely distasteful if the person/action is painted positively or romanticizing or ignoring their behavior.I try to keep these dark themes into appropriate areas/out of casual interactions to respect those who do not clearly state they don't mind said content. And even then I will cater to what they are and aren't ok with personally...

By commissioning me you are automatically agreeing that you have read and will abide by the terms of service listed below.
Terms are subject to change & may be discussed.

General terms & Rules

★ I retain the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.★ By ordering from me you are agreeing you are 18 years or older.★ Accounts from which the purchase is being made must be a minimum of six months old unless you can provide activity on a different account.★ Please have funds readily available when you are ready to commission me. Unless a payment plan is discussed and approved.★ When ordering your commission, please make sure you can provide a clear visual reference, even an MS Paint doodle will help. I do not accept heavily shaded pieces.★ I do not accept written descriptions unless you are commissioning a custom design or a reference sheet.★ My art cannot be made, sold, or used in blockchain or NFT purposes.★ All digital images delivered will not be shipped in a physical form even if an address has been provided.★ If you are blocked or blacklisted by me, do not attempt to get my work in any form. This includes but is not limited to; any and all accounts owned or used by you, a third party, etc. People who help will be backlisted as well.

★ All Commission to be considered must be submitted through the accompanying Google Forms link.★ You may petition for additional updates regarding your commission once per week.★ All formal contact following acceptance and payment for the commission will be performed through Email. Contact on any site or platform regarding your commission will be screenshotted and added to the email chain.★ The first email for updates should include the following in the Subject Line; Username - Commission Type (I.E Fullbody Sketch) & Date of Commission. Ex; Chompii - Flat color Bust - 6/13/2022★ Any other form of contact or conversation topic that doesn't pertain to the commission is prohibited as this is a purely business interaction.

Ordering & Payment

★ All of my prices are in USD★ Commissions will be paid via a Paypal Invoice unless previously discussed.★ Payments made shall be from a verified PayPal account, belonging to you (commissioner) only; any violation of PayPal TOS is prohibited.★ If you use the 'send money' function, I will refund the money received and I am not responsible for any fees you may have been charged in the process.★ When discussing your commission, please be clear and to the point about what you want. Do not overuse slang, abbreviations, or emoji's to ensure good communication.★ I primarily draw feral and anthropomorphic Animals and Fantasy Creatures. I will draw any body type, genders, etc. Please ask me about what I will and won't draw if you are unsure.
Especially if your commission is NSFW or 18+

Process

★ Once payment is received your commission will be added to and can be tracked on my Trello★ Commission times vary depending on the current workload and major life circumstances.★ My queue of work is done mostly in order. Larger pieces will be worked on between smaller commissions to prevent the queue from clogging.★ I do not work with deadlines.★ Initial progress of a commission from the time of acceptance will follow the general outline listed below.1. Form Submission of Prospective Idea.
2. Review of Idea by me (Artist.)
3. Acceptance, or Rejection. If accepted, proceed to 3.
4. Invoicing, Customers by default have 3 days (72 hours) to pay the Invoice, unless otherwise negotiated.
5. Initial Sketch - Sketch will be sent to you (the customer) for any potential edits. Unpaid for and unused Pose may be resold.The remaining steps are determined and vary depending on the type of work you commissioned.When your commission is in its final stage it does not include the commission update, as it translates into the final product. Small tweaks can still be made, major rework will add an additional charge.★ Upon completion the commission files will be emailed to your designated email.★ It is the responsibility of the purchaser, or person who contacted me, to distribute the work in progress and the completed piece, to other participants in group commissions.★ I allow a reasonable amount of edits for free. Anymore may be charged an additional fee. (reasonable to be determined by me)★ Excessive changes may cause an additional fee.★ I will not make changes to the finished piece after it's been approved.

Auction & Sales

★ Do NOT bid, or commit to buying, if you cannot pay.★ You cannot bid on behalf of someone else.★ Payments must be made within 72 hours.★ If no payment is received you will lose the rights to the design and it will be put back up for sale.★ Do not harass, bother, or guilt someone who has bought a design or won an auction.

Design / Custom

★ When you are ordering a design from me, you are asking me to design it.★ You will own the design once completed. And may resell, trade or gift.★ Anything not outlined by you when describing the custom is allowed to be interpreted by me, giving me artistic freedom to finish the design.★ I may allow small edits to the design when I provide progress images, but it is not guaranteed.★ You may edit the design as you see fit after completion★ You must credit me for being the creator of the design, even if you have made edits or changed the original design.★ You may not profit off my designs, or sell the design for more than you paid unless it includes extra artwork.★ You may not make a closed species out of my designs.A closed species is defined as a fictional species that is claimed to be owned by someone who limits the way in which new characters can be created.

Refunds

★ Once work has been started I will only give a partial refund.★ Once the commission is canceled for any reason. A refund will be issued according to the amount of work not completed. For Example;1. Client pays for a two-character shaded full body piece.
2. Sketch is submitted to the client for approval of a single character, before moving to the second character.
3. Client requests cancellation, and refund.
4. Client is refunded after subtracting the cost of a single character sketch commission.This protects me (the artist) from fraudulent commissions.★ Filing chargebacks grant an immediate ban and blacklist.★ I do not offer any refunds for adoptable sales.★ Refunds may take up to two ( 2 ) months to be processed.

Copyrights

As the Artist★ I retain full rights to my work, this includes, but is not limited to, reposting, printing, or redistributing. this also includes intellectual rights.★ I retain the right to the use/modification of your commission as an example, use as a sample image/price sheet, or in any other promotional images.★ I retain the right to use my artwork for commercial use, this includes but is not limited to; Posters, buttons, Masks, etc.★ If the client does not want the commission used for my commercial use, this must be expressed when placing your order as there will be a fee.★ If your commission is used for commercial use, you may request and receive one (1) of the items for free. But are responsible for any and all shipping feesAs the Client★ You retain the rights to the character(s) depicted, if applicable.★ You may post the drawing wherever you'd like as long as credit is given to me for the artwork.★ You have the right to crop, modify or make minor edits as long as my watermark is not disturbed and it is disclosed somewhere you've modified the original artwork.★ You may use the image for your personal, non-commercial use. This includes but is not limited to; Con Badges, Plushies, Kigus, Stickers/Decals, etc.★ You cannot use my work for commercial use or monetary gain without my permission. This includes but is not limited to; Posters, T-Shirts, Plushies, Charms, Logos, Commercial Projects, etc.★ Fees to own the commercial rights to the artwork may apply and are discussed on a person-by-person basis★ You are not allowed to claim the artwork or commissioned design as your own creation.

Failure to abide by ruling without reasonable justification
(reasonable to be determined by me) may incur additional charges, or potential cancellation of commissioned work, accompanied by partial, or full refund when applicable, as set forth by the Refund policy.
